Contrast in Lime Green

I finished off my daughter’s birthday cake, a “Lime Cream Cheese Tart“, with a white chocolate ganache.  I then sliced up this lime to garnish, but never ended up using it.

I did, however, manage to snap off a few photos of it.  I like the contrast of the green on white background.

  1. Love this shot, and I love the Pentax K1000 in your masthead image. That’s the first SLR I ever held. I learned how to make photographic art with that thing so many years ago.

Me and the K1000; it’s a love affair, forever!

    • I’m not sure I can process it to make it look any good. It tasted amazing, but the colors are white, white, light green and golden pie crust. There’s little that makes it look like it tasted. I’ll see what I can do.
