4 degrees and raining. I need some surf.
So, here is some surf. It’s a shot I took in Oregon this summer. I took whole bunch of shots along the beach so that on rainy, crappy days like today I could go to my photo files and feel the summer warmth.

I lived in Brookings, Oregon for 5 years. I remember a few nice days but mostly fog,wind and lots of rain. Average rainfall 100 inches. Average yearly temp. 65 F. You musta visited during a fluke. When I saw this picture it made me smile and miss it just a little bit.

We only head down for a week at a time and always during the summer. It has been four good days and two cool, windy, cloudy days. That I can handle. What’s more – it’s always the thought of days like the photo that I go to on tough days.
